Designed for automotive locksmiths, key programmers and professional workshops, VVDI2 combines advanced VAG, BMW, Porsche, PSA, transponder and J2534 functions in one powerful programming platform.
The Full Version gives you access to the complete standard 13-authorisation package, eliminating the need to purchase the main VVDI2 software authorisations individually.

These are the standard 13 authorisations associated with the VVDI2 Full configuration.
VAG Key Programming
VVDI2 provides extensive programming capabilities for supported Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and ŠKODA vehicles.
Supported applications include VAG 4th and 5th generation immobiliser systems, key learning, remote adaptation, immobiliser data processing and supported MQB applications.
The VVDI2 also supports selected Bentley and other VAG Group vehicles where supported by the current software.
BMW Key Programming
The Full Version includes the BMW authorisations required for a wide range of supported BMW applications, including:
- BMW OBD key programming
- CAS1/CAS2/CAS3/CAS3+ applications
- CAS4/CAS4+ functions
- BMW FEM/BDC functions
- CAS EEPROM reading and writing
- Key preparation
- Supported immobiliser data functions
The exact operation available depends on the vehicle, CAS/FEM/BDC version and current Xhorse software support.
Porsche Key Programming
The included Porsche authorisation provides supported Porsche immobiliser data and key programming functions, including supported EEPROM and OBD applications.
Transponder Programming
The built-in transponder programmer provides functions for supported transponder types, including ID48 and other automotive transponder applications.
The VVDI2 can also perform supported transponder generation, preparation, cloning and immobiliser data operations.
ID48 & MQB Functions
The Full Version includes the standard ID48 OBD, 96-bit ID48 and VAG MQB authorisations.
This provides additional capabilities for supported VAG immobiliser and transponder applications.
Note: Certain newer MQB/NEC35xx applications may require a separate authorisation and/or additional Xhorse hardware. The standard 13 authorisations should not be represented as including every newer MQB function.
J2534 PassThru
The VVDI2 includes J2534 PassThru functionality, allowing it to be used with compatible third-party diagnostic software that supports J2534.
This can provide additional diagnostic and programming possibilities for supported applications.
Online Software & Firmware Updates
The VVDI2 includes an Online Update Tool for updating the device firmware and supported software.
Xhorse documentation explains that the Online Update Tool can check for newer software and firmware, download the latest available versions and update the VVDI2 device.
